110% effort without compromise...
As many couples have taken from 6 to 18 months to choose images for their album, it has created a temporary excess of work. The aim for people waiting is that that the vast majority of albums will be complete by late August/Sep 2008. The reactions for albums in progress and completed has been amazing! An amazing 2-4 albums completed each week without compromise. At imagesbytim processes and methods are constantly evolving, without in any way neglecting quality. In fact quality is increasing - with my new professional supplier Digitalab - for beautiful prints, new pro digital technology from Leica Camera - beautiful 'real-feel' images, and new fabulous Modern Traditional in my new package - Jorgensen Contemporary. In 2009 a new plan to reduce album waiting time to 1 week will be in place. This will be complimented with defined image choice submission timetable.
